By accessing, registering an account, or using any services provided by hokijp (hereinafter "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hokijp governing your use of our online betting platform, including our sportsbook, live casino, slot games, togel lottery, and all related services.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any existing account. Continued use of hokijp services after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, including inability to withdraw funds.
To use hokijp services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You must provide your legal name as it appears on your Indonesian identity card (KTP). Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

hokijp accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum deposit amount varies by payment method and account tier, typically ranging from Rp 100,000,000 to Rp 500,000,000 per transaction. Deposits made via bank transfer during Indonesian banking hours (typically 08:00-16:00 WIB, Monday-Friday) are usually credited instantly. Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends/holidays may take up to 24 hours to process. E-wallet deposits are generally processed within minutes, 24 hours per day.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your hokijp Account are from legitimate sources and belong to you personally. hokijp prohibits the use of funds obtained through illegal means, money laundering, or any criminal activity. We reserve the right to investigate the source of deposits and may request supporting documentation. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or other individuals) are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and potential account closure.
You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per week, subject to adjustment based on your account tier and play history.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays). Actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or e-wallet provider's processing times, which may add 1-3 additional business days. First-time withdrawals or large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification and processing time up to 72 hours.
All deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and is a standard industry practice. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
hokijp does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals in the same month may incur a processing fee of 1-2% or a flat fee ranging from Rp 10,000 to Rp 50,000, depending on the payment method and withdrawal amount.
hokijp services are strictly for adults 21 years of age and older. Any User found to be underage will have their Account immediately closed, all winnings voided, and deposits returned (minus processing fees). We take age verification seriously and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access gambling services.
hokijp offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the Platform at the time of the offer. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Most bonuses carry wagering (turnover) requirements, typically ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling ten times the bonus amount before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10-20%, and sports betting contributes based on odds requirements.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players. hokijp reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void bets, and confiscate winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit, using software or systems to exploit bonuses, or colluding with other players. Only one bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify that bet details (selection, stake, odds) are correct before confirming. hokijp is not responsible for user errors when placing bets. We reserve the right to void bets in cases of obvious error (palpable errors in odds, incorrect event information, technical malfunctions). In such cases, stakes are returned to your Account.
Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets may be voided unless explicitly stated otherwise in our sportsbook rules. For football matches, bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless specified as including extra time or penalties. Dead heat rules apply when multiple selections tie for a winning position.
All casino games and slots use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer outcomes to ensure fairness. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and payout tables are available within each game. Bets placed in error due to software malfunction are void. Maximum win limits may apply to certain games.
Togel lottery bets are settled based on official draw results from Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, and other authorized lottery operators. Results are published on the Platform immediately after official announcement. Winning numbers are verified through multiple independent sources. hokijp is not responsible for errors in official draw results.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
While hokijp strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available 24/7. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. hokijp does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of content, odds, or results displayed on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, hokijp's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the 12 months preceding the claim. hokijp is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. hokijp is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
hokijp reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform or other Users. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets or withdraw funds until the investigation is resolved.
We may permanently close your Account for breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, extended inactivity, or for any reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after deducting any fees or amounts owed to hokijp.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. If you wish to self-exclude due to gambling concerns, please refer to our Responsible Gaming Policy for self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of hokijp services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email ([email protected]). Please provide detailed information about your complaint including your account username, transaction details, and the nature of the dispute.
We will investigate all complaints promptly and aim to provide a resolution within 7-14 business days. Complex disputes may require additional time. Our decision on disputes is final and binding unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). The arbitration will be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the Indonesian language.
These Terms and your use of hokijp services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, except where mandatory arbitration applies.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
